Te Oro, Glen Innes

Te Oro, Glen Innes

Te Oro is a multi-purpose space where young people and the local community can perform, practise and learn the arts, express their creativity and talents, and celebrate their cultures. The name Te Oro refers to the sound created as the wind blows across the nearby volcanic crater of Maungarei / Mt Wellington. This call’ to the region is an invitation to participate, reinforced by both the architecture and the programme.
